• Delivered in 1-14 working days depending on your region, you can see estimated time scales when you go to checkout.

  • Please do NOT start claims with PayPal if an item is delayed or missing. Please email us! We resolve most issues within 48 hours and in most cases send a next day replacement out for lost items, which unfortunately does happen on the odd occasion! This won’t be possible if you start a claim.

  • Usually dispatched the next working day after you order (except during busy periods or during adverse weather). We don’t dispatch on weekends or bank holidays

  • Signature required on delivery outside of Europe and in some European Countries.

  • If you are a customer in the EU from January 1st 2021 we advise you make all payments with Paypal. Due to PSD2 Regulations coming into force and issues with our card merchant, your payment may be declined if using a credit or debit card as an EU customer. Paypal will not be declined and is a safe way to pay. Please email with any questions.

  • Any incoming duty costs are your responsibility to pay. From 1st July 2021 all EU customers will have to pay VAT on their orders before their postal service will release them. We do not collect and pay VAT on your behalf. If your order is over E150 you will also have to pay Duty costs. If orders are returned to us because Duty and/or VAT have not been paid, we will auto refund your order less postage you have paid. Orders in the rest of the world will also be subject to duty and/or vat.

  • Once an order has been dispatched for 10 working days in the UK and 20 working days outside the UK and it still hasn't been delivered we can mark this as lost and assist in a refund or replacement. Please wait 10/20 working days depending on your region before contacting us about the whereabouts of your parcel. And please email us, we don’t bite! Please don’t start claims with PayPal, this takes longer and you have little chance of a replacement order being sent. Please track if your order is over £50 in the UK, or any price in any other country by clicking through to your local postal service to check on it's whereabouts before contacting us. You may have to click twice to get through to your local carrier's tracking page.
  • If you choose Next Working Day Delivery this is dispatched the same day if you order by 3pm. This is our cut off time. If you order after 3pm it will be dispatched the next working day, we do try to dispatch as soon as we can but as a general rule if you order after 3pm, it won't be sent out the same day especially at Halloween and Christmas. This WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR so you must be home for delivery. This is a next working day service therefore we don't deliver or dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

  • Missed your delivery? Rearrange online via your tracking link or collect using the calling card left (you have a limited time to do this). If you’ve input your address wrong then sorry, when we get it back from Royal Mail we will refund your order minus your postage costs, we don’t send orders out twice. You’ll need to place a new order if you want to.
  • Delivery going to a work address? Once it's signed for we consider this as delivered and won’t take any further enquiries on delivery

  • We need to be informed within a month of your order being dispatched if your order hasn't arrived, for a refund or a replacement to be offered.
